Rooted & Free
Individual Therapy for Anxious, Over-giving Women
Struggling to Set Boundaries Without Feeling Anxious or Guilty?
Rooted & Free is a 10-session individual therapy program for young women who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, people-pleasing, and codependent patterns—and want to learn how to set healthy boundaries while staying grounded in their faith.
This Program Is for You If:

-
You feel anxious saying no—even when you’re exhausted
-
You worry about disappointing people or being seen as selfish
-
You overthink conversations and replay them afterward
-
You feel responsible for other people’s emotions
-
You want healthier relationships but don’t know where to start
-
Your faith matters to you—but boundaries feel confusing or uncomfortable

You’re not broken—you’re overwhelmed, and you’ve learned patterns that once kept you safe.
The Problem:
Many college-age women were taught—directly or indirectly—that being “kind” means being available, accommodating, and self-sacrificing.
Over time, this can lead to:
-
Chronic anxiety
-
Burnout and resentment
-
Loss of self-trust
-
Fear-based relationships
-
Confusion about boundaries and faith

Rooted & Free helps you unlearn these patterns and replace them with clarity, confidence, and emotional peace.
