Hi! I am Ianna, an Associate Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about walking alongside people through difficult times, challenges, and experiences. I bring a collaborative, solution-focused, and gentle style that helps individuals feel safe, supported, and understood.
I have a special place in my heart for children, teens, and young adults as they grow, learn, and discover their path. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I support clients in navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions while building confidence and resilience.

I help children and teen girls overcome intense feelings of anxiety, sadness, and confusion.
We use play, art, and worksheets to learn new ways to manage big feelings and express ourselves with clear next steps.
I have supported clients through challenges such as:
-
Transitions (new school or move)
-
Trauma or scary moments
-
Low self-esteem
-
Bullying
-
Family Conflict

"Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer"
~Romans 12:12
About Ianna
I earned my Master of Social Work from California State University San Marcos in 2026. My professional experience includes working in elementary and middle school settings as well as community mental health, where I have supported children, teens, tweens, young adults, and adults through a wide range of challenges.
I care deeply about people and strive to be a steady light, sharing knowledge, practical skills, and a compassionate hand to those who need it.
My strengths-based style allows me to meet each individual where they are and walk alongside them and their families as they grow in confidence, emotional awareness, and hope.
